HRU :- The service of this facility provides free of cost HOT WATER for quick generation of steam in boiler. This saves the cost of fuel.

APH :- With the assistance of this device the waste fuel gases could be directly put into directly to the furnace for quick and complete burning of the fueling material.

Multicyclone :- This is very encouraging and beneficial device, as the dirty ash not warranted passed through it to the extent of 98 percent is collected as such it does not make any impact on pollution.

Fluidized Furnace :- For the complete combustion of fuel Steam Tech design and construct the fluidized furnace, wherein its provides plannum chamber with the high temperature casting nozzles. The required temparature for the furnace is controlled with the help of these nozzles etc. The baffle walls provided in it prevent ash not to pass on ahead at the time of driving out the gate. The temperature created in the chamber, to the extent of 900 deg C-1000 deg C does not make any bad impact on the production of fluidized furnace. The Services Undertaken by Steam Tech includes :-

Heat Recovery Unit :- As in the yester years the wastage of heat use to go unnecessarily without producing any cogent result. But with the introduction of new system use for water heating can be put into use besides the important factor is this that it does not cause any damage to the chimney of the boiler, Secondly, the hot water taken out of this ranges between 80 to 90 C feeds direct to the boiler which also ensure handsome saving of fuel. In addition to the afore-said benefits, the scales usually takes places at the time of boiling of water does not take place and even refects impact of scale and saves any damage to boiler tubes and boiler shelf as a result of all the utilisation the pressure of the boiler remains constant as compared to the normal feeding of water. Air Pre Heater :- i. With this device air is passed to the furnance combustion chamber to exhaust the fueling mterial completely.

iii. Even the moisturized fueling material is used to the extent of 30 percent to 35 percent.
iv. The saving ration can itself be determined from the above facts figues that is to the extent of 6 percent to 8 percent.
v. Maintenance - Due to the reason of its fabrication being so easy, the maintenance can be handled easily and even by a person not equipped with technical knowledge.

Husk Mechanical Screw Feeder :- This is very beneficial and advantageous for fuel consumption. Formerly the husk was put into the furnance manually with the bleaches etc. Now with the introduction of the above feeder, adjustment of the consumption of the fuel could be done according to the requirement and necessity because a reduction gear box and controlled DC motor is there to adjust the speed itself.
